• —Account : your email address, and depending on how you sign in, either a password (stored encrypted) or the identity provided by Google (name, email, profile photo) when you sign in with Google.
• —Profile and LATRAME content : username, bio, avatar, characters, scenes, comments, and anything else you publish.
• —Purchases : your order history for books. Payment itself is processed by Stripe — we never receive or store your card number.
• —Technical data : IP address and standard log information collected by our hosting provider, and strictly necessary cookies (see §5).

• —Running the service : creating and securing your account, displaying your content, processing purchases and giving you access to your books.
• —Contacting you : transactional emails (sign-in link, purchase confirmation, password reset) and, if you've opted in, updates about new releases.
• —Security and moderation : preventing fraud and enforcing our Terms of Use and content policy.

We do not sell personal data. Some tasks are handled by processors acting on our behalf, strictly within what their service requires:

• —Supabase — hosts our database and authentication (including password, magic-link, and Google sign-in).
• —Stripe — processes payments for book purchases.
• —Resend — sends transactional emails.
• —Vercel — hosts the site and provides aggregated, privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics — no advertising cookies, no individual profiling).
• —Google — only if you choose to sign in with a Google account: Google then processes the information needed for that authentication, under its own privacy policy.

These processors may host data outside your country of residence; they are contractually required to protect it.

We only use cookies strictly necessary for the site to work: keeping you signed in and remembering your language. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to the address above; some purchase-related data may be kept longer where required by law (billing, accounting).

Depending on where you live (including Mexico's federal data protection law for private parties, the GDPR for EU residents, or Quebec's Law 25), you have rights to access, correct, delete, and object to the use of your data. To exercise them, write to renegrenon@gmail.com.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data (password encryption, HTTPS connections, restricted access), though no security measure can be guaranteed absolute.

LATRAME is restricted to people 16 or older (18 for explicit content) — see the Terms of Use — Content. We do not knowingly collect data about children under that age.

This policy may change over time. Significant changes will be flagged on the site before they take effect.
